Kylie Bolling

RE/MAX Realty Affiliates welcomed Kylie to the team in 2003. Since then, she has become an expert in The Lessinger Team’s property management division. She serves clients from northern Nevada and locations around the globe, working to make the process as smooth as possible for owners and tenants. Kylie stays on top of market trends, understanding the special circumstances of distressed and bank-owned properties, and preparing for the energy efficient and sustainabile construction of tomorrow. A resident of Reno since 1985, and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Kylie relishes the hiking adventures and mountain views that only northern Nevada provides. It’s also safe to say that she appreciates the needs of growing families. She and her husband, along with their two Yorkies, recently introduced a bouncing baby boy to the neighborhood. A proven real estate professional, Ellen Lessinger moved to Reno in 2010 to oversee the property management division for The Lessinger Team. With more than 30 years of experience as a property manager, leasing agent and realtor, Ellen is known for attention to detail and a dedication to superior service. She takes personal pride in each property, working to match the right tenant with the right home or office and ensuring that things are kept in tip-top shape. She has handled a broad range of spaces, from single family homes to condo rentals and executive suites to commercial developments. She has also managed the homeowners’ association for a 460-acre master-planned community, attending to community maintenance, repairs, complaints and inquiries. With a distinctive laugh and an engaging smile, Ellen approaches business and life in northern Nevada with enthusiasm.
